On 16 May 2025, REHDA Youth convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM), marking a significant milestone as the organisation welcomed a new leadership term dedicated to driving growth and innovation in Malaysia’s property sector.

The session was officially opened by Chairman Mr. Han Rick Lee, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to members from across the nation. Reflecting on a dynamic and productive year, he highlighted key achievements including enriching study tours, valuable industry engagements, and impactful networking events that have strengthened the community of young property professionals.

The AGM witnessed a strong turnout from members, underscoring the vibrant and committed membership base that now totals 134 active individuals and continues to grow steadily. Financial reports were presented with transparency, reaffirming REHDA Youth’s sound stewardship and commitment to sustainability.

A highlight of the meeting was the unveiling of ambitious initiatives for the upcoming term. Members were excited to learn about planned study tours to Manila, Philippines, and Kota Kinabalu, as well as an exclusive hotel tour scheduled for June. These initiatives underscore REHDA Youth’s dedication to broadening horizons and deepening industry knowledge through experiential learning and international exposure.

Looking ahead, the 2024/2025 focus is clear: expanding the organisation’s reach, fostering deeper industry insights, and creating more meaningful engagement opportunities for young professionals eager to shape the future of the property sector.
