REHDA Youth organized Green Tour Series 1 on 31 July 2023 to Hap Seng Business Park, 1Powerhouse and Arup Kuala Lumpur. Delegates were given insights into the green buildings’ architecture, construction, features, future planning, and development.

Mr. Wong Koon Nam (Senior Project Manager, Hap Seng Business Park) along with Ms. Evonne Gun, (Director, Asima Architects Sdn Bhd) delivered an enlightening presentation, while Mr. Justo Santos, (Architect, 1Powerhouse) and Ms. Nur Shuhada Aishah (ESD Engineer – ESD Greentech Sdn Bhd) presented the building Architecture and green features of 1Powerhouse. The final destination at Arup Kuala Lumpur featured presentations by Mr. Lawrence Yeap (Malaysia Leader), Mr. Murali Ram (Lead, Cities & Advisory) Mr. Fazidin Faisal (Group 1 Leader), and Mr. Nicklaus Tan (Acoustic & Building Sustainability). Delegates found these sessions informative and insightful content.

Overall, the tour proved to be a valuable experience, garnering positive feedback from participants.
