The REHDA Youth Manila Inside Track Study Tour successfully brought together young developers and real estate professionals for a three-day immersive experience in the heart of Metro Manila, offering firsthand insights into the city’s evolving property landscape.

The tour began with a welcome session at Shangri-La Edsa, followed by a courtesy visit to the Malaysia Embassy in Makati, where participants engaged in an insightful dialogue with the Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industries Philippines, Inc. (MCCI). The session highlighted bilateral business opportunities, cross-border collaborations, and Malaysia’s growing presence in the Philippines’ real estate sector.

Participants then explored Bridgetowne, touring prominent developments including Haraya, Velaris, and nearby Opus Mall. The evening wrapped up with a guided tour of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), followed by dinner at Mamacita and a relaxed stroll around BGC High Street.

On Day 2, the group attended a presentation at Century City, before proceeding to a corporate visit at the ERA Philippines Office and a walkthrough of Trump Tower, where participants gained insights into high-end property branding and sales strategies. Lunch was hosted at Dampa, offering a taste of Manila’s local seafood scene.

In the afternoon, participants joined a discussion with Arch. Ian and Atty. Arnel at Arya Residences, touching on topics such as sustainable design, legal perspectives in real estate, and market positioning. The day concluded with a scenic visit to Entertainment City and MOA (Mall of Asia), showcasing Manila’s vibrant leisure and integrated resort developments.

Day 3 featured a visit to the Savya Financial Center, where participants learned about sustainable development practices and smart district planning in Bonifacio South. The tour wrapped up with a closing lunch at Novotel.

Participants praised the study tour for bridging theory and practice, deepening regional understanding, and opening doors to new ideas and partnerships.

Special thanks to ERA Philippines for co-organising the tour and graciously hosting multiple sessions and meals, as well as to Shang Properties, MTD Property, Arthaland and all participating developers for their warm hospitality and invaluable contributions.

We look forward to more meaningful exchanges and collaborations through future REHDA Youth initiatives!
