From 8 to 12 July 2026, 1 Utama Shopping Centre once again became a vibrant hub for Malaysia’s property industry as REHDA Youth proudly presented the MAPEX Property Showcase 2026. Held over five days, the showcase brought together an exciting lineup of property developments, industry insights, and opportunities, offering visitors a closer look at the evolving landscape of Malaysia’s real estate sector.
The event successfully brought together a diverse community of property developers, industry professionals, prospective homebuyers, investors, and property enthusiasts, creating a dynamic platform for connection and engagement. With 16 participating exhibitors, visitors had the opportunity to discover a wide range of residential, commercial, and township developments from leading names in the industry.
