REHDA Youth proudly presents the Gamuda Cove & IBS Factory Tour 2026, an exclusive study tour designed to provide participants with valuable insights into modern construction technologies, sustainable township development, and nature-led urban planning.

As the property industry embraces innovation and sustainability, this curated tour offers participants a unique opportunity to explore how Industrialised Building System (IBS) technology is revolutionising construction while discovering how Gamuda Cove integrates smart city planning, environmental conservation, and low-carbon living into a future-ready township.

This one-day study tour will take participants to two (2) key destinations:

• IBS Factory, Banting
• Gamuda Cove

Participants will gain firsthand exposure to IBS manufacturing processes, sustainable construction practices, nature-based township planning, and innovative residential and commercial developments. The programme also includes an exclusive dialogue session with Gamuda’s senior management, offering valuable insights into the company’s vision, development strategies, and the future of sustainable property development.
