Who says networking can’t happen on a pickleball court?

On 21 November 2025, REHDA Youth, in collaboration with Robb Report Malaysia, hosted the Pickleball Penang Paddle Fest at G.O.A.T Pickle Club, Jelutong, Penang. Over 32 participants, including members of REHDA Youth, REHDA Malaysia, potential new members, and industry partners, came together for an evening of friendly competition, camaraderie, and meaningful professional connections.

Free play began at 4:30 PM, giving participants a chance to warm up and mingle before the official programme. The event officially commenced at 5:15 PM with opening remarks from the Organising Chairman of REHDA Youth, followed by the tournament at 5:30 PM, which lasted two and a half hours.

The tournament was followed by a networking dinner at 7:15 PM, sponsored by Nippon Paint, providing a relaxed setting for participants to continue conversations and build connections. Thoughtful goodies from Kualesa, Ty Nant, and malin+goetz added an extra special touch to the evening.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing interest in future editions. The Pickleball Penang Paddle Fest successfully combined sport, social interaction, and professional engagement, reflecting REHDA Youth’s ongoing commitment to creating innovative networking opportunities for young professionals in the property and development sector.
